There is also little more irritating than a bunch of consultants like us telling you in our high minded, idealistic and academic fashion how terribly easy it would be if only you all led better and how our shiny, new, 'never been thought of before', silver bullet solution is the only path to true leadership enlightenment! Utter nonsense of course.
In the real world from the boardroom to your most junior supervisors the responsibility and challenge of leadership has never been greater, with contemporary corporate environments creating seemingly bigger obstacles to the holy grail of great leadership every day.
Our approach to helping you in this area is simple, straightforward but deadly effective. Whether you are looking for some one-to-one coaching, facilitation of a leadership gathering or an entire leadership programme our first stop will be to come and meet the leaders you want us to work with in their 'natural habitat'. We want to see, hear and feel what its really like to be them in their context first, rather than assuming that because what we did with someone else worked it will work with you - it probably won't!
Next up we will create a draft intervention that is uniquely suited to them, you and your collective challenges and ambitions. We will then ask you all to throw rocks at our ideas and tell us in which ways we've got it wrong! Only by engaging in this way will we arrive at a learning solution that everyone buys in to, supports and much more importantly uses long after we have gone. (By the way this process isn't as expensive or time consuming as it might sound).
Finally you will only work with ex-corporate leaders who know what the real world is like because they have been there. They will engage with you and your delegates in a deeply practical, respectful and energising fashion.
