We first met Lee Shorten when he was Managing Director of Avaya for the UK and Ireland and knew instantly that whilst he was ‘one of us’, he was probably also likely to be one of the most demanding clients we had ever had! A practical, straightforward and very experienced international business leader, he didn’t pull his punches and had a talent for getting the very best from us as a partner. He even sometimes picked up the tab for lunch!

Fast-forward two years and we are proud to have him as part of our global team helping businesses small and large to ignite growth with his no-nonsense expertise.

In a world overflowing with so-called business and turnaround experts sanctimoniously dispensing their ‘wisdom’, why on earth should you take our Lee seriously? Well, quite simply over the last 20-years he has genuine experience of repeatedly turning around businesses.
