Steve Hazell
Steve has spent the last 30 years crossing back and forth between the worlds of wholesale and retail, more latterly bringing this all together to form integrated multi-channel propositions for international consumer goods companies across both the service and product sectors. His broad experience has been attained in marketing, sales and commercial director roles, 2 stints as General Manager and finally Vice President for a global licensing company. Since then he has been working as an interim in turnarounds, on growth strategy and leadership development projects.
He has led significant retail rollout projects involving many 100’s of stores and with wholesale businesses led teams across most of the international markets of APAC and EMEA driving significant sales growth; he is widely travelled with time spent living in France, Holland, HK and Australia. Steve was also part of the director team at Snow+Rock for 11 years exiting when the business was sold to private investors in the early 2000’s.
With strong strategic capability and well developed leadership skills he often supports divisional management teams through change projects or growth strategy deployment. He is also an accomplished business coach to individuals and sales teams across both retail and wholesale. Steve spends his leisure time with the family; enjoys golf but puts his high handicap down to working too much! He lives in Berkshire with Helen and their son Joshua.
