Vanessa joined Positive Momentum in January 2005 after spending many years supporting individuals like the Vice President at UBS Warburg, the HR Director within MCI Worldcom (now Verizon) and Directors within Barclays Global Investors. It’s since working at Positive Momentum that Vanessa really believes she has finally found a company that she’s truly passionate about and 100% believes in!

After learning how to develop the art of bossiness to perfection she is able to ensure all the Partners are in the right place at the right time (a monumental task in itself!) and basically manage all the ‘behind the scenes stuff’ of the business effectively….or at least she continually attempts to!

With a genuine interest in people Vanessa finds working at Positive Momentum like a breath of fresh air and enjoys the reward of working with clients from the beginning of a new assignment right through to the end and seeing and hearing how happy they are with the results. Positive Momentum and its ‘enthusiasm’ and ‘edge’ has had an overwhelming impact on both Vanessa’s professional and personal life and she loves the fact that she continues to learn day after day.

When Vanessa can tear herself away from her laptop…a fact Matt is always telling her off for(!)…she loves to spend time with her family and friends and usually this involves lots of noise, laughter a good glass or ten of wine and lots of embarrassing photos!
