How it works

The Partner Model

You build a distinctive independent practice. We provide the brand, operating system, coaching EA support, finance admin and collaborative community that help you grow with confidence.

Simple, transparent economics

You keep 80% of gross billings. Expenses charged to clients are remitted at 100%. There’s an initial set-up investment and a light ongoing contribution to power the operating system.

Initial Investment

£10k

One-off (plus VAT)

Or £12k spread as £1k/month for 12 months.

Covers onboarding, coaching, training, access, tools, EA setup and brand enablement.

Ongoing Investment

£495

per month (excl. Aug & Dec), plus VAT

  • Not charged for your first 18 months.
  • Waived if you bill more than £40k/6months

Revenue Share

80% / 20%

  • You: 80% of gross billings. PM operating contribution: 20%
  • Expenses charged to clients remitted at 100%
  • Intro rewards and partner-to-partner revenue share opportunities

What your investment powers

  • Fortnightly training, group coaching and quarterly in-person events
  • Dedicated EA support and finance administration
  • Brand, IP, proposal library and inclusion on multi-partner bids.
  • Community events, networking and carbon offset for every engagement.

Payment options

Choose a one-off initial payment or the 12-month plan. Ongoing fees start after 18 months and may be waived once your practice is established.

Additional income opportunities

  • Introducing new partners to PM attracts £5000 share of their initial investment.
  • Introducing other PM partners to potential clients attracts 10% of the revenue from the client in perpetuity.
  • Matched chairy donations up to £250/year (for partners 12months+)

This partner spent their corporate career in HR and People roles in the legal, banking and FMCG industries. They have successfully built a robust, growing and sustainable PM practice with a diverse range of clients and engagements, delivering premium leadership and talent development training, coaching, facilitation and advisory services. This partner’s continued revenue growth is a great example of the operating system in action.

Partner 2

This professional sales person’s career in Sales & Marketing spanned the telecoms and technology industries. As their rapid revenue growth demonstrates, they have established a high billing PM practice by successfully securing a blend of both small and large engagements. They deliver leadership and sales development programmes as well as go-to-market advice.

Partner 3

This individual’s previous career was in Operational Management in retail and financial services. Somewhat more measured in their revenue trajectory they have developed a PM practice which perfectly suits their personal circumstances. They specialise in engaging with organisations undertaking significant change and working with them in the development of people and process.

Partner 4

This is someone who came to consulting having had a less than conventional career as a serial entrepreneur and investor in industries as diverse as; marketing services, publishing, technology and garden centres. Their revenue profile reflects the changing nature of client engagements in their PM practice. They specialise in assisting organisations with brand transformations and repositioning.
