Santosh Sharan is a seasoned HR leader, executive coach, and strategic advisor with over 34 years of distinguished experience, including 15 years as CHRO across leading Indian and multinational corporations. He has held leadership roles at renowned companies like Tata Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, Escorts, and SC Johnson (South Asia), among others. As a trusted leadership partner, Santosh brings a unique blend of corporate wisdom, strategic insight, and people-centric vision to his consulting and coaching practice.

 

In 2017, Santosh transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding GenNxt HR Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in Strategic HR, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching for MSMEs, startups, and growth-stage enterprises. He currently serves as Partner – India at Positive Momentum, a UK-based global consulting firm of former CEOs and CXOs, where he continues to coach and advise senior leaders across industries. Santosh has been recognized for his exceptional contributions, including being named among the Top 100 HR Minds in India and receiving the HR Leadership Award by the World HRD Congress.

 

A Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive and Team Coach, Santosh has coached CXOs, founders, and senior leaders across multiple sectors. He has collaborated with notable clients like Daurala Organics, Unilever, and Reliance Foundation Hospital, among others. Based in Gurugram, Santosh partners with clients across India and internationally. Beyond work, he is passionate about travel, gardening, interior design, and spending time with his family.
