Across her career, Amabel has held board-level roles in investor-backed and publicly accountable organisations, often navigating complex regulated environments. Most recently, Amabel was Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Procurement Services, where she led a successful repositioning of the business from a services-led model to a tech-enabled managed services platform. Under her leadership the organisation scaled to support hundreds of public sector clients and thousands of suppliers, underpinned by clear strategy and execution.
