About Gauri

Gauri is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in technology delivery and operations across global financial services organizations, including American Express, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo. Throughout her career, she has led large global teams in complex, multicultural environments, driving business and digital transformation, managing operational risk and compliance, and ensuring strong operational delivery.

Most recently, as CEO of RM India, the Global Capability Center for RM Plc, a British Edutech company, Gauri spearheaded organizational transformation, focusing on fostering an innovation-driven culture while strengthening operational delivery capabilities. She excels at organizing and solving large, complex problems, cutting through ambiguity, and navigating regulatory and organizational challenges. Gauri has led major transformation initiatives, developed and implemented technology products, and delivered multimillion-dollar efficiency savings.

A passionate advocate for Women in Leadership, Gauri has established and chaired Women in Tech forums. At JP Morgan Chase, she was a core member of the diversity council, and at Wells Fargo, she co-chaired the India & Manila gender diversity council, defining strategies to create a more inclusive workplace. She also serves as an advisor to two women-led start-ups.

Outside of work, Gauri is a design enthusiast who loves to travel and entertain. She resides in Bangalore, India, with her husband, and their daughter is currently studying Advertising in London, UK.
