With over three decades of executive leadership experience in multinational organizations like Nestlé, Fujitsu, Quark, Ranbaxy, Glenmark, and Serum Institute, Parminder has established himself as a transformative business leader.

In his recent role as Chief Procurement Officer and Global Head of Inbound Supply Chain at Serum Institute, Parminder led the creation of a supply chain that delivered billions of COVID-19 vaccine doses efficiently and swiftly, even amid global challenges. Known for his ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams, he has received numerous awards for operational excellence and has shared his expertise on global stages.

Parminder’s strategic focus on business process re-engineering and resource optimization has been instrumental in driving productivity and operational success. In 2023, he launched a successful trading company, combining his technical acumen with his passion for human development and team dynamics.
