Chelsea is the powerhouse behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. With over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant—including time supporting a Group CEO in the fast-paced tech industry—she’s mastered the art of organisation, problem-solving, and keeping things on track. Whether it’s navigating complex spreadsheets or perfecting colour-coded systems, Chelsea thrives on the small details that make a big difference.

Joining Positive Momentum was a natural next step, aligning perfectly with her belief that great support drives meaningful results. While the EA role was something she initially “fell into,” it quickly became clear it was exactly where she was meant to be—blending structure, collaboration, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Life outside work is just as busy and fulfilling. Based by the seaside in Essex with her fiancé, three wonderful children (ranging from toddler to teen!), and a very characterful rescue French bulldog, Bella, Chelsea thrives in the chaos of family life. She’s also an active part of her local community, volunteering with watersports and serving as club secretary for a men’s football team.

Chelsea is excited to bring her energy, expertise, and dedication to the Positive Momentum team—supporting partners and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
