About Helen
Helen is a commercially focused leader with over 25 years in B2B enterprise software, including 20 years in general management and sales leadership. Helen has successfully led high-growth teams across venture-backed, private equity, and publicly listed companies, consistently driving revenue growth and international expansion.
Most recently, Helen was Chief Revenue Officer at Ardoq AS driving growth following their $125M Series D investment from EQT Growth and One Peak. Helen’s career includes leadership roles at high-growth businesses like Dataminr and DocuSign—where she played a key role in their IPO—as well as P&L responsibility at Unit4 under Advent International’s ownership. Helen has also held senior positions at Splunk and SAP, where she spent 12 years managing global enterprise clients.
A qualified Chartered Engineer, Helen is passionate about understanding how businesses operate and how technology can be leveraged to drive meaningful change.
When she’s not working, Helen enjoys time with her husband, teenage daughter, and black Labrador or can often be found on a tennis court—competing or contributing as a committee member of her local club.
