About Abbey

Abbey joined Positive Momentum in 2021 bringing with her a background in sales, events, and executive support. After earning a degree in Events Management she began her career in the events industry before discovering her true passion lay in the world of executive assistance.

Prior to joining Positive Momentum, Abbey developed her expertise within the Chief Executives’ Office at the NHS in Sussex, where she built a reputation for organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure. Known for her structured approach and genuine enthusiasm for getting things done, Abbey enjoys managing projects that demand both precision and creativity. She takes pride in delivering a thoughtful, personalised service to Positive Momentum Partners, always striving to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Her ability to tackle the situation at hand without breaking a sweat, something she learnt from her days as a Wedding & Events Planner, is how she earned the nickname “Smile in a Storm”!

Outside of work, Abbey enjoys life by the coast and brings the same sense of curiosity and energy to everything she does, whether it’s planning her next home project or exploring somewhere new with her family in tow.
