With over 12 years in CXO roles as COO and CHRO, Mac brings a proven track record of driving enterprise results and transformation throughout his 35+ years of experience with global leaders such as ORIX India, American Express, and East India Hotels. He has consistently conceptualized and implemented high-impact people processes that set new benchmarks for excellence. Notably, he played a pivotal role in ORIX India achieving Great Place to Work recognition for successive years, with a current ranking of 12th in the July 2023 index.

A certified Brain-Focused Master Coach from WETT Works’ Academy AU, Mac specializes in neuroscience-based coaching to unlock human potential. He has also contributed significantly to the design of impactful mentorship and coaching programs during his career.

Mac’s accomplishments have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Sustainable HR Leader and HR Super Achiever awards at the World HRD Congress.

With an MBA qualification, Ashish has regularly added to his domain knowledge by acquiring certifications from IIM-Ahmedabad, XLRI, Google, HubSpot among others. He was ranked in the Top 1% in a global Marketing Excellence Survey of 19000 managers. He is a member of the CMO Council Asia Pacific. He is currently obtaining accreditation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, as a Certified Independent Director.

An ardent globetrotter, Ashish has visited every inhabited continent. His family is spread between India and UK.
