About Paul
Paul is a sharp and energetic leader with over 30 years’ experience helping organisations grow, refine their proposition, and build teams that deliver real impact.
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Marketing, Paul began his career at Debenhams before moving into senior marketing and leadership roles at world-renowned organisations such as HSBC, The Wall Street Journal and Thomson Reuters. His experience spans multiple sectors, both in the UK and Internationally. Most recently, Paul spent over a decade at Travelers, working at board level to drive growth, strengthen market positioning and lead complex transformation agendas.
Paul is at his best when partnering closely with leadership teams to clarify where to play, how to win and how to organise for impact. He brings a strong commercial lens to building propositions that stand up in the market, developing partnerships, improving cost efficiency and aligning teams behind a clear direction. Comfortable with ambiguity and change, he quickly gets under the skin of how organisations really work and is driven by creating positive, lasting outcomes for clients and their people.
Paul is a family man – married for over 25 years, with two lively children and an even livelier cocker spaniel. He enjoys watching most top-class sport, playing the odd game of football himself (with enthusiasm firmly outweighing ability), nearly all food – with the exception of mushrooms and coconut – and laughing as often as possible.
