About Ritesh
With over 30 years of experience across leading organizations in the ITES sector, I have worked with renowned companies such as Taj Group, American Express GIO, Sitel (now Foundever), Dell International, Aegis, and Teleperformance Philippines. My career has primarily focused on leadership roles, where I’ve been passionate about empowering teams and helping individuals reach their full potential.
A key part of my leadership journey has been dedicating time to coaching and guiding team members through reflection and growth. This passion for people development led me to become a full-time coach, partnering with PMI and running my own company, Neviant Solutions, as Founder & CEO.
I’m based in Manila, Philippines, where I live with my wife and two children.
