About Stephen

Stephen’s personal sales journey progressed from early-stage software companies to larger corporations, including Accenture, SAP, Siebel/Oracle, and salesforce.com whilst based in the UK. Following his 2012 relocation to Singapore for a sales leadership role in Microsoft’s Dynamics business across Asia and subsequent appointment as the South Asia Managing Director of QAD based in Bangkok, Stephen and his family returned to the United Kingdom in late 2021. Most recently Stephen had been working at UiPath, on a global project, focusing on value selling consulting, and enablement.

He now focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organisations drive their own success. Drawing on his own experiences and demonstrating that commitment, gradual enhancements, effective communication, and stakeholder management significantly influence performance.

Continuing to split his working life between Asia and the United Kingdom, Stephen characterises himself as an average snowboarder and golfer. However, he finds great joy travelling to Japan with his family to experience, the culture, food and fresh snow engaging in some “just off piste” activities, whilst also being a passionate Welsh Rugby fan.
